“It takes a village to raise a child.”
We believe that there are four primary components that play a major role in the learning process, development and productivity of youth:
At Carter’s Kids, these components guide us in reshaping youth to become productive members of society. Each component has a specific role, and when utilized in concert, helps our residents better understand themselves and their relationships with others.
It is the philosophy of Carter’s Kids to advocate each of these four components in order to successfully integrate our youth back into mainstream society. Our program has been designed to not only provide housing, but also a nurturing environment that will provide tools to be successful.
